Hey Friends! I've been on set for the last couple of days. Sometimes Tim and I do commercials/shows that we aren't super interested in because we love production and being on set. But this time around I was really intrigued with the subject matter of the shoot.
By glancing at these photos, you can see that the show involved cooking. Well if you know me, you know that cooking is not something I enjoy. I love eating and I love trying new things, but spending hours in a kitchen cooking up something that will be consumed in 30 minutes seems like too little of a reward to me. I much prefer to leave the cooking up to people who have a passion for it! :) So, although I was not super interested in the how-to of the recipes, I was interested in a certain appliance that was showcased. It was this sink. . .
I know what you're thinking. A sink? Really? What's so great about this sink that it held the interest of someone who has lived without a kitchen for 6 months?
Well, this is not just any sink, it's a super cool sink perfect for party throwers, stay at home moms, and professional chefs. As a matter of fact, I think the Duggers could really use this sink! :)
Basically the design involves a huge trough style sink with two lips around the edge. These lips hold different boards/accessories that can be changed out, slid, and hidden depending on your needs. There are cutting boards, built in colanders, bowls, and buffet style containers. I was so impressed with the design of this sink, I am really thinking about purchasing one! :)
Here are some videos to give you some insight to what the sink can do. . .
